Our Director, Dr. Paul Herbert, has a burning passion for finance and energy to match. Paul joined TLA Investment & Consulting from Macquarie Group where he was a leading sales executive. Overseeing our sales function, he sets an exceptional standard of customer service, knowledge, and teamwork. His outstanding work ethic is reflected by his recent wins at the Mortgage Professionals Canada Awards as Best Newcomer Award for ON 2019, and the Canadian Broking Award for Rising Star in 2020. Paul has an immense passion for both reading and long-distance running, leading both his professional and personal life with one guiding philosophy – “leave everyone you meet, better than you found them”.
