While still a member of the CIRO (Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization), as Senior Vice-President, Québec and Atlantic Canada, with over 15 years of corporate finance experience, Claudyne Bienvenu is the Chief Financial Officer of TLA Investment & Consulting Inc. Claudyne joined the TLA Investment & Consulting Inc. in January 2022 and has played a key role in the growth of TLA Investment & Consulting’s Canadian and U.S. Multi-Family businesses.

Claudyne has participated in over $48B in real estate debt and equity financings including eight IPOs. Prior to joining TLA Investment & Consulting Inc., Claudyne worked in another regulatory role — as a director in the Office of the President of Commission des valeurs mobilières du Québec, which itself is the predecessor of the Autorité des marchés financiers (Québec). In that role, she was responsible for relations with the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA).
